Job summary

A leading event rentals company in Houston is seeking Seasonal Drivers to ensure safe and timely delivery of equipment for events. Responsibilities include operating various vehicles, assisting with event setups, and maintaining communication with dispatch. Candidates must hold a valid state Driver’s License and have a clean driving record. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of vehicles in accordance with state laws.
• Complete assigned delivery routes in a timely manner.
• Communicate with Dispatch regarding any challenges.
• Carefully and safely unload and load vehicle with Installation Team
• Assist in set-up of events: placing tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tenting, dishware, and custom-made pieces as directed
• May be subject to transferring product between locations upon discretion
• Accurately complete all required vehicle inspections through fleet management software

Driver

Drivers are an important part of the Event Rental business as they assure safe, punctual delivery of our product and Installation Team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a vehicle from Bright’s fleet which may include: a commercial van, 24-foot box truck, 22-foot box truck and more depending on the location. You will also contribute to the Installation Team: loading, unloading, setting up, and striking our equipment. A Driver must abide by all rules and regulations of the road including Bright’s Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols. Being a Driver at Bright is much more than safely driving a vehicle!

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring safe operation of Bright’s vehicles in accordance with state laws and company policies
