Job summary

Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is seeking an entry-level Team Member for seasonal, on-site roles in the United States. You will be trained to deliver warm, friendly service, take and fulfill orders, process payments, and help keep the store fresh and inviting.

No previous experience is required, and you’ll join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Open availability and flexibility are a must, as you’ll be scheduled for various shifts.

Qualifications

• Open availability and flexibility (ability to work any shift)
• Present self in a professional manner, including uniform adherence
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and create an inviting store atmosphere.
• Take and complete orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Accept payments and ensure correct change is given.
• Maintain knowledge of Krispy Kreme products and current promotions.
• Restock products to ensure freshness and quality.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the shop.
