Job summary

Krispy Kreme in Memphis is seeking a Doughnut Decorator for a seasonal role to help decorate and pack fresh doughnuts for our A-Glazing customers. You will monitor doughnut variety, maintain product knowledge, and support a welcoming store environment during peak seasons.

We value experience in food service, basic math for weights, and strong communication. Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship is required, with weekly pay benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to understand weights and measurements.
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of doughnuts including filling, icing, and toppings.
• Monitor the doughnut case to ensure we have all varieties available for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Responsible for the overall appearance and cleanliness of the decorating area.
• Decorate and pack doughnuts for customers.
