Job summary

Pacific Seafood in Westport, WA is seeking a Seasonal Dock Worker to support inventory receipt and dock operations. The role involves unloading vessels, operating forklifts and cranes, and maintaining high-quality standards under supervision.

Ideal candidates have crane/forklift experience, knowledge of basic knots and line splicing, and good communication skills; a valid driver license is preferred. This is a seasonal full-time position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with crane, hoist, and forklift operation.
• Knowledge of basic knots and line splicing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate dock equipment including forklifts, telehandlers, loaders, and cranes.
• Unload products from vessels safely and timely.
• Ensure all products meet Pacific Seafood quality expectations.
• Notify supervisor of inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with leads and supervisors on supply material levels.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Learn and apply SSOP requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
