Job summary

Waterfront Restoration LLC in Brainerd, MN seeks crew lead for a seasonal landscape and lake weed removal program. Manage a Dive Team of 2-6 divers, coordinate on-site workflows and safety while delivering high-quality shore experiences.

Line up with 60/40 field/office tasks, weekends and overtime possible; friendly environment with physical outdoor work and scuba operations, aimed at rapid, eco-friendly weed removal.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 80 lbs.
• SCUBA certified or able to become certified shortly after start date.
• Clean driving record for insurance purposes.
• Must be able to pass DoT physical and obtain DoT card.

Responsibilities

• Work underwater and above water with a Dive Team of 2 - 6 SCUBA certified divers and/or non-SCUBA certified crew members.
• Efficiently and effectively perform by-the-root removal of lake weeds.
• Haul removed vegetation from lake shore to trailer (Must be able to carry bags full of vegetation up to 80 lbs).
• Responsible for the performance evaluations of individual divers.
• Motivate & hold crew members accountable by setting job site goals for the crew.
• Daily form completion & reporting.
• Daily communication with the Operations Manager and Sales Reps.
• Provide excellent customer service, and be the final sign-off on high quality results.
• Drive the company truck and trailer for the assigned daily route.
