Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Minnesota is seeking a District Sales Manager for a seasonal role from July to November, responsible for overall store operations across up to three locations, driving sales, payroll, recruiting, training and employee relations.

You will manage opening and closing procedures, control expenses, reduce shrink, and ensure guest satisfaction through strong leadership and hands-on supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Flexible schedule required.
• 2–5 years of multi-store supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations across up to three Spirit stores, including sales, payroll, recruiting, training and employee relations.
• Lead opening, operating, and closing activities of assigned stores.
