Job summary

UPS is seeking Casual Package Delivery Drivers in Dayton, OH. Drive UPS brown trucks, deliver packages of all sizes to customers, and uphold safety and customer service standards. Seasonal role with potential for permanent advancement.

The base pay for this position is $23.00/hour. Full-time casual drivers work eight to ten hours daily; shifts vary (Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat) depending on business needs. UPS offers extensive training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license; no CDL required (license type varies by state).
• Pass the DOT physical requirement.
• Excellent customer service and driving skills.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Casual drivers must comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the provided uniform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses in the community and beyond.
• Operate a UPS delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Work eight to ten hours per day, with shifts varying by business needs (Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat).
