Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Delivery Driver to support Pop-Up Retail locations in the local area. You will pick up products from the hub store, securely load and transport them to pop-up sites, and ensure accurate delivery and safety checks.

Requires the ability to operate a 14–26 ft refrigerated truck, a valid license and DOT medical card, and compliance with DOT requirements. Flexible hours accommodate school and family commitments, with a welcoming, fun workplace

Qualifications

Ability to safely operate a 14 ft. to 26 ft. refrigerated truck for local deliveries.
Valid driver's license and current DOT medical card
Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen, MVR check and DOT background
Knowledge of current DOT requirements
Must be 21 years of age
CDL not required

Responsibilities

Arrive at HUB store to get product for Pop-Up Retail locations.
Complete Truck Assessment checklist at the beginning of each delivery day prior to leaving hub store.
Ensure products are secured in the truck using straps or loading bars.
Safely transport products to Pop-Up Retail locations.
Place product on the reassembled flatbed cart to be taken into the location.
Take expired product and place in empty boxes and return to home store.
Complete the delivery manifest checklist, ensuring all product is accounted for and delivered accurately, as well as returned to store when needed.
Complete temp logs to ensure product food safety standards are met.
