Job summary

FedEx in California is seeking a Seasonal Courier to drive/operate company vehicles for delivery and pickup of packages at customer locations, with a commitment of up to 12 weeks.

Essential functions include courteous delivery, shipment checks for service conformance, and supporting customer service tasks. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and at least 21 years of age. Schedule is 08:30–18:00, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver packages above 50 lbs with equipment or assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages.
• Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provides related customer service functions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
