Talaria Delivery LLC is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Delivery Associates in Bakersfield, CA. Pay is $23.25 per hour with overtime opportunities; schedule includes full-time and part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable entering and exiting a delivery vehicle frequently.
• Ability to work shifts of approximately 8–10 hours.
• Must successfully complete required background screening and drug testing.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day.
• Previous delivery experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial locations.
• Load, unload, and organize packages in the delivery vehicle.
• Follow assigned delivery routes using a company-provided navigation device.
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections before and after each shift.
• Follow traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members.
• Assist with additional delivery assignments and team operations when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Seasonal Employment Information

This is a temporary seasonal position intended to support increased delivery demand during the busy holiday season.

The length of seasonal employment will depend on operational needs, and assignments may conclude as seasonal delivery volume decreases.
