Job summary

Best Choice Products is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Seasonal Decor in Newport Beach, CA. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to commercialization, leveraging AI-driven ideation and cross-functional collaboration to drive category growth.

You will partner with overseas manufacturers, lead development iterations, and ensure profitability while aligning with design and quality standards. This role requires strategic vision and strong communication in a fast-paced e-commerce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
• 7–10+ years in Product Management or related roles with consumer products.
• Proven success launching consumer products.
• Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace analytics, ecommerce merchandising.
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers and cost structures.
• Experience guiding products through multiple development iterations.
• Experience using generative AI tools for ideation and design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Strong visual design sense for Home Décor/Seasonal trends.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging consumer trends and whitespace opportunities within the Seasonal category.
• Research Amazon, retailers, social media, trade shows, feedback and competitors to identify viable opportunities.
• Evaluate concepts using analytics, insights, benchmarking, pricing, and cost structures.
• Develop category roadmaps aligned with long-term objectives.
• Leverage AI to accelerate discovery, forecasting, and design exploration.
• Develop AI prompts and evaluate AI tech to improve outcomes.
• Work with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for concept visuals.
• Own products through concept to commercialization.
• Partner with overseas manufacturers to develop high-quality products.
• Lead sample iterations and review changes to optimize quality and cost.
• Build partnerships to improve innovation, quality, and production readiness.
• Travel internationally to evaluate factories and approve samples.
• Analyze sales and feedback to inform strategy and new opportunities.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure successful launches.
