Responsabilidades

• Input information from various sources into a computer database using alphanumeric and 10-key skills.
• Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
• Resolve data issues by following standard procedures or routing to the team lead for resolution.
• Maintain data entry standards by following program techniques and procedures.
• Verify data accuracy by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering entries.
• Adhere to policies and protect information to maintain operations.
