Job summary

Northwest Medical Center Tucson is seeking an RN for the CVICU seasonal program in Tucson, AZ. The RN will care for high-acuity cardiac and vascular patients in a 15-bed unit, including those with complex surgeries and devices.

Qualifications

• 1+ years CVICU nursing experience.
• RN license to practice in AZ.
• BLS and ACLS required per hospital policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in a 15-bed CVICU in line with clinical protocols.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Manage complex cardiac devices and ventilators as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to plan and execute care.
• Document nursing care accurately and timely.
