Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable using computers, email and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers by phone and email.
• Answer questions about orders, products, shipping and account information.
• Research order details and communicate accurate updates to customers.
• Enter and update customer information in company systems.
• Work with production, shipping, accounting and other departments to resolve concerns.
• Document customer interactions and follow up when needed.
• Help customers with file and design questions for candidates with graphic design experience.
• Assist with other customer service and office duties as assigned.
