Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Attendant for a seasonal role. The position runs Friday through Monday from 5pm to 9pm, performing vending machine stocking, cash handling, and customer service at client locations.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries of beverages, bakery items, snacks, and specialty foods.
• Refill vending machines to proper inventory levels.
• Stock shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold food products.
• Oversee ordering and inventory control.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise.
• Collect money from machines (coins and bills).
• Interact positively with customers with eye contact and a smile.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines.
• Maintain clean vending areas.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant. This is a seasonal position only. This position is Friday - Monday 5pm-9pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packaged foods
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
• Maintain clean vending areas
