Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly and hard-working individual for the Customer Service Attendant role in Fayetteville, NC. This seasonal position involves handling vending machine operations, inventory, and customer interactions on-site.

You will be part of a team, promoting products and delivering excellent service, with an emphasis on accuracy, organization, and dependability. The position offers meals and snacks, with opportunities for training and growth within the company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and manage inventory at client locations.
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items.
• Stock shelves in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold foods.
• Oversee merchandise ordering and control inventory.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise.
• Collect money from machines (coins and bills).
• Communicate positively with customers by eye contact and smiles.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines.
• Maintain clean vending areas.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packaged foods
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
• Maintain clean vending areas
