Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company LLC is hiring seasonal associates to join our team during Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. We offer flexible scheduling to fit student, teacher, or retiree needs, with no long-term commitment. You’ll enjoy a fun, casual environment and seasonal discounts on products.

You'll help customers with friendly service, share product knowledge, and support store operations while staying safe and following company procedures. Prior guest service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred; experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate or store associate is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, providing excellent service in a friendly and polite manner.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge and effectively articulate product features and benefits; drive add-on sales through suggestion selling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and remain productive throughout entire shift and take responsibility for activities within his/her control.
• Follow all processes and procedures and comply with company standards in all areas, from service to food preparation and control; adhere to safety, security and respectful workplace policies.
