Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical experience through an accredited radiologic sciences program required.
• 2-4 years of CT technologist experience in acute care preferred.
• Licensure or certification as applicable by state required.

Responsabilités

• Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images per protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures with appropriate immobilization.
• Verify patient identity and physician orders; screen for contraindications.
• Administer contrast media and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Explain procedures to alleviate patient anxiety and provide aftercare instructions.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure timely results.
• Assist with interventional CT procedures and sterile field setup.
