• Understand and work claims for all major crops throughout growth stages.
• Complete field inspections and administer crop insurance policies.
• Review and evaluate coverage and/or liability.
• Secure and analyze information during claims investigation.
• Ensure compliance with crop policies and regulations.
• Document and transmit loss information for assessment.
• Assist in the resolution of claim files and attend hearings as necessary.
• Convey information professionally to all parties.
• Follow regulatory and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
