Job summary

Krispy Kreme is hiring for an entry-level team member to join our store in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering warm, high-quality doughnuts and friendly service.

No prior experience is required, and open availability is preferred to cover various shifts. You’ll be expected to present yourself professionally and uphold uniform standards while supporting an inclusive, energetic workplace.

Qualifications

• No previous experience necessary
• Open availability and flexibility are a must – the ability to work any shift
• Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
• Take and complete orders timely and accurately
• Accept payment for products and ensure delivery of correct change.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions
• Restock products to ensure freshness,
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the shop.
