Job summary

FedEx Logistics seeks a Seasonal Courier in Shreveport, LA to drive/operate company vehicles for package delivery and pickup at customer locations. This position is up to 12 weeks with potential for permanency.

Responsibilities include courteous delivery, verifying shipments, and maintaining safety. Must be 21+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, read and speak English, and have a valid license for the vehicle assigned. Pay is $22.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must be licensed for vehicle type assigned.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and handle heavy packages with equipment/assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages to customers.
• Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provides related customer service functions.
• Drives vehicles not regulated by FMCSA section 391.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
