Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a hands-on horticultural industry role.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of the yard for seasonal color deliveries.
• Monitor and assist with care of plant materials for installations.
• Lay out plant materials on-site for crews.
