Job summary

Russell Landscape is seeking skilled Crew Members to join our seasonal color and flower installation team. You will install seasonal color and flowers at commercial properties, perform planting and bed maintenance, and help with loading and unloading materials.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years landscape or planting experience preferred (we’ll train the right person).
• Ability to operate basic landscape equipment (blowers, trimmers, etc.).
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction from Crew Leaders and complete jobs safely and efficiently

What You Bring
