Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for our Charlotte boutique. This part‑time role (up to 19 hours per week) through March 2027 focuses on welcoming customers, offering coffee tastings, and building relationships.

You will help customers discover their perfect coffee match and promote sustainability values. You will manage POS systems, maintain a vibrant boutique, and collaborate with teammates to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Able to work weekends and holiday hours.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers.
• Elevate hospitality in the boutique while delivering exceptional service.
• Share Nestlé and sustainability values with customers and explain coffee benefits.
• Guide customers on their coffee journey through tastings and product knowledge.
• Operate digital systems and point‑of‑sale software.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting boutique environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth, cohesive operation.
• Full availability for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours through January 2027.
