Responsibilities

• Sort incoming clothing donations efficiently and accurately according to standards.
• Categorize clothing by type (men's, women's, children's, etc.).
• Identify damaged or unsalable items and set aside for recycling or processing.
• Maintain clean and safe sorting workstation and meet daily production goals.
• Work with team and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist in other production activities as needed.
