Job summary

Bass Pro Shops at Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a Seasonal Christmas Activities Coordinator to create memorable experiences for guests during our festive celebration. You will lead holiday activities, crafts, games, and family programs, ensuring safety and joy in a cheerful environment. You will interact with guests, support Santa and Mrs.

Claus, and occasionally portray one of Santa's elves during events. The role is outdoor-friendly, winter-ready, and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends,

Qualifications

• Outgoing and energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with children and families.
• Ability to stay in character and create immersive holiday experiences as an elf when assigned.
• Comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions and on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak Christmas dates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise holiday activities, crafts, games, and family programs in a safe, fun environment.
• Assist with setup, execution, and coordination of Christmas events and guest experiences.
• Interact with guests to create magical moments and maintain a cheerful, guest-focused attitude.
• Support Santa and Mrs. Claus during appearances, storytelling, photos, and family activities.
• Portray Santa's elf during designated events to enhance holiday spirit.
