Job summary

Ghirardelli Chocolate in California is seeking a Retail/Restaurant Associate to provide outstanding guest service and sell our premium chocolate line. You will merchandise products, stock shelves, and maintain attractive displays while handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires high energy, reliability, and a strong work ethic, with availability for nights and weekends. Prior retail experience is desirable, and an employee discount applies to purchases.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older as required by policy.
• Previous retail or food-service experience is desirable.
• Ability to handle cash and process credit card transactions.
• Must be reliable, energetic and able to work all shifts including nights and weekends.
• Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication.
