Job summary

Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana invites applicants for a Winter Seasonal Childcare Counselor in the OP Kids program. You will supervise and engage children ages 12 months to 5 years, plan activities, and support families.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year childcare experience, 2 years in customer service, and a valid driver’s license; a Bachelor's is preferred. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends and holidays during the season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' childcare experience for ages 12 months and up.
• 2 years' customer service experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with children, staff, parents and Members in a professional manner.
• Develop and implement lesson and activity plans for kids.
• Promote the Yellowstone Club's childcare activities.
• Provide appropriate care for children in the facility.
• Assist families with departmental forms and questions.
• Coordinate with managers and other departments for smooth operations.
• Perform opening/closing duties and flexible hours as needed.
• Assist as Recreational Facility Attendant in the indoor 20 Below center.
