Job summary

Knife River - North Central is seeking a seasonal Tractor Trailer Driver in Baxter, MN. The role runs April to November with possible extension into December; winters off but benefits continue year-round.

You'll operate and maintain end dump trucks, transport asphalt or aggregate to job sites, and follow safety rules and DOT regulations. CDL Class A required; medical card and clean driving record preferred; compensation $26.00-$34.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• General education, grammar and arithmetic; GED or high school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class A (tractor-trailer); endorsements may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A truck to transport asphalt or aggregate to job site.
• Inspect trucks for defects and maintain log per regulations.
• Load with loader and perform daily equipment maintenance.
• Maintain truck cab information and complete timecards daily.
• Assist with plant maintenance and site setup/takedown.
• Ensure safety and environmental regulation compliance at all times.
