Keystone Cooperative, Inc. in Jamestown, IN seeks a Seasonal Driver/Operations to support outbound/inbound agronomy products and provide reliable service to customers.

This part-time role backs Applicators and covers duties from product handling to basic equipment checks, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates hold a CDL preferred, possess strong communication, and can work extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• CDL is preferred or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to supply product to equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Housekeeping and grounds maintenance (mowing, spraying weeds, snow).
• Communicate daily activities to the location manager.
• Prepare and maintain records per regulations and procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of fertilizers and chemicals.
• Serve as a backup to Applicators.
