Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, the retail division of Nutrien, is seeking a Seasonal CDL Delivery Driver in Yuma, AZ. This local role keeps you home every night and offers 40+ hours per week with overtime during peak season.

You'll load/unload, operate a semi-truck, and ensure DOT compliance while maintaining records. Safety, reliability, and potential for full-time driving opportunities are emphasized; your work helps feed the future.

Qualifications

• Must have a driving record that meets company standards.
• Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load or assist in loading trailer with materials
• Unload or assist in unloading trailer by using forklift or hand truck
• Operate semi-truck with one or two trailers, according to state laws
• Transport loads over required route to proper destinations, observing all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Conduct standard DOT truck inspection
• Complete all company and DOT required paperwork
• Complete shipping bills of lading, receive necessary signatures, and return completed paperwork to shipping office
• Maintain any related records required
• Perform miscellaneous service duties such as checking, on a daily basis, oil, water, gasoline, and air in tires
• Report any maintenance malfunctions to maintenance dept
• Other duties as assigned
