Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc is seeking a Seasonal CDL Delivery Driver at the Viola, IL location. You will drive company trucks to orders, load and unload materials, and ensure accurate records while complying with safety standards.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, pass a DOT medical and substance screening, and maintain a safe driving record. Local shifts offer Home Every Night with potential overtime during peak season.

Qualifications

• Driving experience preferred.
• Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening.
• Must have a driving record that meets company standards.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer order, safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed.
• Load or assist in loading trailer with materials.
• Unload or assist in unloading trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer at the facility, safely and efficiently by using forklift or hand truck.
• Keep abreast of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precaution.
• Able to perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

The salary range for this role, in Viola, IL location, is between $15.00 - $28.00. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

Our benefit package provides paid sick days. However, given the temporary nature of this role, this position does not participate in any other benefit, retirement savings or paid time off programs, nor any form of incentive comp ensation. This position is eligible for overtime and any pay elements required under local, state or federal law. Nutrien will comply with benefit and retirement regulations.
