Job summary

Nutrien is seeking an entry-level Seasonal CDL Delivery Driver for Dwight, IL. You will operate company trucks to deliver orders locally, maintain records, and ensure safety protocols are followed to protect personnel and products.

The role offers local hours with home nights and potential overtime during peak periods. Requires a CDL (hazmat preferred), DOT fitness, and a clean driving record. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Driving record must meet company standards.
• Must meet DOT physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening.
• CDL with hazmat endorsement preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer order, safely and accurately
• Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations
• Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed
• Load or assist in loading trailer with materials
• Unload or assist in unloading trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer at the facility, safely and efficiently by using forklift or hand truck
• Keep abreast of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precaution
• Able to perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently
• Clean and conduct proper maintenance on equipment
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

• High School diploma
• Driving experience preferred
• Must have a driving record that meets company standards
• Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening
• A CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred
• Able to lift/carry up to 50lbs

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role, in Dwight, IL location, is between $15.00 - $28.00. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
