Job summary

UPS in Maryland is seeking casual tractor trailer drivers to support feeder routes. You will drive a tractor trailer between UPS locations or to a customer on an established route and return home at the end of the day.

This seasonal role requires a valid Class A CDL, DOT physical, and the ability to work days, nights, or weekends. UPS provides a uniform and loading/unloading is done for you, with competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Class A CDL license and ability to pass the DOT physical.
• Doubles/Triples endorsement may be required depending on location.
• Must be reliable, responsible and have a love of truck driving.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Must comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the uniform.

Responsibilities

• Drive a tractor trailer from one UPS location to another or to a customer on an established route and return home at the end of the day.
• Work days, nights and/or weekends as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery and safe operation of the vehicle.
• Coordinate with the UPS network to keep packages moving.
