Job summary

Dead River Company in Westbrook, ME seeks a Seasonal Transportation Delivery Driver to safely transport petroleum products for company operations and commercial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction on every delivery.

You will perform daily vehicle inspections, load and deliver, and follow DOT rules. Use IPad for tracking and maintain a clean, professional truck and image. CDL A with tanker and hazmat endorsements preferred; 21+ required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous truck driving experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a vehicle inspection daily and reports repairs to dispatch.
• Safely loads truck, drives to delivery destination, and makes deliveries per regulations and policy.
• Uses computerized technology to track deliveries.
• Maintains neat uniform and professional appearance; promotes good customer relations.
• Keeps truck stocked with tools and safety equipment; reports accidents or wrong deliveries.
