Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking a Seasonal Catering and QSR Associate to support daily catering operations and QSR service. This role assists with preparing, organizing, and fulfilling catering orders, including high-volume orders during the holiday season, while providing hands-on support to QSR counters as business needs change.

The Catering & QSR Associate works closely with the Catering team, QSR leadership, and other store departments to coordinate orders, prepare food and beverages,

Qualifications

• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform tasks for up to 8 hours.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, organization, packaging, and fulfillment of daily catering orders.
• Support high-volume catering orders and seasonal business demands.
• Coordinate order details with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Communicate with teams regarding order status and special requests.
• Assist with customer inquiries and order follow-ups.
• Carry out food preparation and service across QSR counters.
