Job summary

Neverland is seeking Seasonal Casuals for its Rockingham store to power through the festive period with energy and enthusiasm. You will deliver a premium customer experience, share product knowledge, and support daily store operations during a busy season.

Open to all locations across the business, you’ll join a team focused on streetwear culture and brand standards, contributing to sales while learning the ropes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Full availability November 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is helpful but not essential.
• Passionate about streetwear and delivering standout customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the store team with daily operations, including opening and closing tasks as required.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards at all times.
• Deliver the Neverland customer experience with energy, product knowledge, and a positive attitude.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets through confident customer interactions and efficient task execution.
• Assist with visual merchandising, product placement, and promotional set-ups to maintain brand standards.
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations.
• Take initiative and ownership on shift, stepping up where needed to support store performance and presentation.

Step into the festive season in style with Neverland an Australian streetwear retailer that aims to be a go-to destination for product, trend and culture. Open to all locations across the business. As a Seasonal Casual, you'll unite together, bringing the energy as a team. Deliver the Neverland customer experience with energy, product knowledge, and a positive attitude during the most fun and busiest time of year. Streetwear Starts Here and we’re home to some of the best brands in street offering the latest from Kiss Chacey, Nena & Pasadena (NXP), Americain, WNDRR & more!

We are looking for Seasonal Casuals to join our team at NEVERLAND ROCKINGHAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store team with daily operations, including opening and closing tasks as required
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards at all times
• Deliver the Neverland customer experience with energy, product knowledge, and a positive attitude

What We're Looking For

• Retail experience is great, but is not essential
• Passionate about streetwear, fashion, and delivering standout customer experience
