Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Cashier to be the face of our store, delivering friendly customer service, ringing up purchases accurately, handling layaways, returns and exchanges, and keeping checkout areas efficient.

You should be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, enjoy teamwork, value diversity, and take pride in helping customers quickly and positively.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and balance drawer.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude and help customers find what they need.
• Accurately and efficiently ring purchases at the register and handle transactions.
• Process layaways, returns, and exchanges; keep checkout areas clean and organized.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager to support store operations.
