Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a friendly Cashier to greet customers, answer questions, and process sales at the POS in our Green Hills, TN store. You will maintain knowledge of products, assist with merchandising, and ensure accurate cash handling.

This part-time role offers strong employee discounts, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to contribute to a positive shopping experience. You must be able to work day, evening, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

The estimated pay range for this job. Disclosing pay information promotes competitive and equitable pay.
The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience. $15.00 - $15.00 / hour
