Job summary

Steve Madden in Bloomington is seeking a part-time Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service at the point of sale and to support daily store operations. You will greet customers, process transactions accurately, and help maintain product knowledge and a polished sales floor.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication skills, and availability for day, evening, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include employee discounts and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

The Cashier is responsible for listening and responding appropriately to customer needs, maintaining extensive product knowledge, and exhibiting professionalism at the POS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outstanding customer service standards, possess solid product knowledge, greet and acknowledge every customer, and address any and all concerns by the customer at POS.
