Responsibilities include managing gate access, performing routine patrols, handling reservations, check-ins, and store sales, and responding to emergencies as needed. The ideal candidate will have good customer service skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills are needed.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to assess situations, exercise judgment and resolve problems diplomatically.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are expected.
• Experience in security and/or law enforcement, or RV environment is a benefit.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the campground grounds and perform patrols.
• Enforce rules and ensure guest safety and property security.
• Respond to guest concerns and contact law enforcement if necessary.
• Manage campground gate access and verify legitimate entry.
• Conduct reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and store sales.
• Provide on-call emergency service as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
