Qualifications

• Knowledge of food preparation, storage, sanitation and commercial kitchen equipment.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Café Manager in ensuring food and beverage preparation meets Company standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service during all interactions.
• Clean and maintain assigned areas throughout shifts.
