Job summary

LEGO Group in Boston, MA is seeking a friendly Store Associate to greet guests, handle checkout, keep displays fresh, and maintain a safe shopping environment.

You will assist in stockroom operations, support promotions and loyalty programs, and deliver a signature LEGO shopping experience across visits. Hybrid schedule offered; benefits include family care leave, insurance, wellbeing resources, colleague discounts and bonus opportunities.

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and reportchallenging situations to manager
• Customer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $19.50 - $21.50 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
