Job summary

LEGO Group in Massachusetts is seeking a Seasonal Brick Specialist to greet guests, manage the register, and uphold the LEGO Brand Retail standards. The role includes stocking, cleaning, and maintaining displays while embracing a friendly, engaging service ethos.

You'll work up to 25 hours per week with weekend shifts, in a hybrid setup that balances in-store presence with off-site planning. Prior retail experience and passion for play are valued for a successful seasonal tenure.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and reportchallenging situations to manager

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests
• Process information/merchandise through the register system
• Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business decides
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area
• Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
• There is potential for this to become a permanent role for excellent performers
• Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week including at least one weekend day/night with a minimum of 3 days (does not mean you’ll be scheduled for 25 hours, but 25 hours of availability must be given)
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $18.40 - $19.90 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
