Job summary

Altar’d State is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) for our Nashville store. You will deliver exceptional guest service, build guest relationships, and maintain an organized, attractive storefront while supporting operations and inventory tasks.

The role emphasizes a strong customer-centric approach and adherence to brand standards; experience in retail or service helps, with opportunities for advancement within a Fortune-recognized company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Acknowledge and build relationships with guests to create loyalty.
• Communicate effectively with store management and guests.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and store tasks with a guest focus.

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
