Crocs, Inc. in Hershey, PA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to provide exceptional in-store experiences and support across departments, including POS operations and merchandising.

You will represent the HEYDUDE brand, stay informed about product launches, and help maintain a welcoming and efficient shopping environment. This seasonal role requires flexibility and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Team-first approach and ability to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience with HEYDUDE.
• Adhere to all HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
