Rothy’s is seeking a Seasonal Retail Ambassador in Washington, DC (Georgetown). You will be the brand on the sales floor, delivering a welcoming, high-energy customer experience and living our values.

You’ll drive sales through service, build real connections, and help keep the store inviting and organized. Availability for at least 16 hours/week on peak days (Fri–Sun + holidays) or 2 peak days + 2 non-peak days, with the ability to stand all shift and lift up to 25 lbs; wearing Rothy’s shoes is

Formación

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week on peak days.

• Deliver the Rothy’s Experience to every customer with brand-aligned service.
