Job summary

Vans is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to be the face of the brand during peak periods, delivering energy, authenticity and a customer-first mindset. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, support visual merchandising, cashier duties and loss prevention, while upholding store standards and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience and achievements valued most.
• Foundation skills include engaging diverse customers, strong communication, teamwork, willingness to learn product knowledge, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with basic retail systems and applications.
• Ability to stand/move for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement.
