Job summary

Vans is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering energy, authenticity, and a customer-first mindset during interactions. You will drive sales, support visual merchandising, and help maintain brand presentation in a fast-paced retail setting.

You’ll engage customers with product knowledge, assist with store operations, and uphold company policies while providing an inclusive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
