Job summary

Vans seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to energize our Daly City, CA store. You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, and deliver best-in-class service as part of a fast-paced retail team.

You’ll support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, cashier duties, and help ensure a clean, organized, welcoming store environment during the peak season with potential for regular employment.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; but we value hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements most.
• Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong communicationskills—both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight.
